The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate service proposal.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for consulting engagements will be specified in the service proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

A deposit may be required before work commences.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation:

You will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the date of termination.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to commence work.

We may retain materials and work product until all outstanding payments are received.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. Confidential information includes business strategies, financial data, and trade secrets.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Disclaimers
